- Excellent French verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work in US rotational shifts.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in French OR B2-level French certification.
- Minimum 6 months of experience is mandatory.
Shift: US rotational shifts
Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 rotational week-offs
