About the Role
Continental Properties is seeking a Summer 2027 Land Planner/Urban Planning Intern for our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
Position Specifics
- Full-Time during Summer 2027
- Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project teams with site planning design for multifamily projects.
- Support a wide variety of activities associated with land planning and technical drawings.
- Engage in the review of project due diligence materials, site and municipal requirement research, and preparation of presentation materials.
- Assist the Development team with any additional project items and tasks.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Junior or senior level student in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Design, Civil Engineering, or related program.
- AutoCAD or similar CAD program experience desired.
- Available 40 hours per week during summer.
