About the Role
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Front Desk Associate for its Avery Ranch location. This role is critical in ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet membership sales goals
- Learn and detail knowledge of the menu of services
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, building lasting relationships
- Work flexible hours
- Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards
- Bring a positive and energetic attitude
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
- Perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be 18 years old or older
