About the Role

The Product Spokesperson (Intern) role is a remote internship focused on supporting external communications for NexCommand AI’s products and initiatives. NexCommand AI LLC is a technology company focused on developing AI and enterprise software solutions for complex industrial and operational environments, serving sectors such as defense, aerospace, manufacturing, maintenance, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the drafting of press releases, product announcements, and key messaging materials.
• Prepare talking points and briefing documents for spokesperson appearances, webinars, and media engagements.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure accurate and consistent representation of the company’s technology and value proposition.
• Monitor media coverage.
• Prepare summaries of public feedback.
• Contribute to communication plans for new product features or launches.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience or interest in serving as a Spokesperson, including preparing and delivering talking points or presentations.
• Ability to draft Press Releases and related media-ready content with attention to detail and tone.
• Familiarity with Media Relations, such as coordinating with journalists, responding to inquiries, or supporting PR efforts.
• Comfort working remotely, managing time independently, and collaborating via digital tools.
• Interest in AI, software, defense, aerospace, or industrial operations; technical curiosity is highly beneficial.
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and willingness to learn from feedback in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of studies in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
