About the Role

The Omni Sports Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position involves helping customers discover and choose the right sports products and services, offering guidance tailored to different experience levels and needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers on the store floor.
• Demonstrating products.
• Sharing practical sports knowledge to support safe and enjoyable participation.
• Organizing and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Monitoring stock levels.
• Contributing to in-store sports events and workshops.
• Collaborating closely with teammates to ensure an inclusive, welcoming environment and a seamless customer experience across in-store and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to listen, identify needs, and propose suitable sports solutions.
• Enthusiasm for sport and wellbeing, with a commitment to inclusivity and community engagement.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as part of a collaborative team.
• Basic digital literacy to use store systems, online tools, and omni-channel services.
• Previous experience in sports retail, coaching, or fitness instruction is an advantage.
