Key Responsibilities
- Promote Spa services and retail.
- Schedule reservations and confirm appointments.
- Provide answers about services.

- Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to be on your feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces).
- Ability to manage reservation software (read and visually verify information).
- Ability to take a hands-on approach to work:
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
