About the Role

Responsible for supporting the development, engagement, and retention of talent within Amazon business Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with leadership to assess workforce needs.
• Implementing talent management programs.
• Monitoring employee performance and growth.
• Designing and supporting training and development initiatives.
• Tracking succession plans.
• Recommending strategies to strengthen employee engagement.
• Maintaining documentation.
• Analyzing HR-related data.
• Collaborating across teams to ensure talent processes are consistent, fair, and aligned with business objectives.
