About the Role
As Sales Support, you will represent Dry Goods and contribute to the customer service experience by offering additional services and completing sales transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer experience – greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer.
- Ring POS transactions and key account information.
- Answer the telephone and assist callers.
- Unpack and display stock.
- Wrap and bag merchandise.
