About the Role
Resollect is a Mumbai-based startup focused on improving debt recovery processes in India through a combination of legal procedures (SARFAESI, Sec 13(2), Sec 14, DRT) and automation, design, and AI. This role is for an Operations Intern who is ready to engage in diverse tasks within a fast-paced, founder-led startup environment. This internship is aimed at 2026/27 graduates seeking practical experience and rapid learning. The role emphasizes using AI to automate tasks and build tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, handling calls, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Take ownership of operational tasks from inception to completion to ensure smooth operations.
- Aggressively leverage AI for automating repetitive work.
- Develop small tools and workflows to enhance personal and team efficiency.
- Write and refine prompts for internal AI tools, engaging in prompt engineering.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports, ensuring tasks are completed.
- Identify inefficiencies or issues and implement solutions or build tools to address them.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High agency: Ability to self-direct and execute tasks independently.
- AI-native: Proficient and enthusiastic user of AI tools, viewing them as building instruments.
- Extremely organised: Skilled in tracking, task completion, and proactive follow-up.
- Scrappy and adaptable: Comfortable with evolving daily tasks and figuring out solutions.
- Low ego, high curiosity: Willing to perform essential tasks effectively and keen to understand their significance.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude is encouraged.
Qualifications
- Graduating in 2026 or 2027.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Prior internship experience in operations, coordination, or client-facing roles.
- A portfolio demonstrating the ability to build projects, automations, or tools.
- Interest in fintech, legal-tech, or the impact of AI on under-digitized industries.
Internship Details
- This is a paid internship.
