About the Role

• Full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.
• Focus on gastroenterology-related medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of medical equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose technical issues and execute troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide timely field service and technical support to healthcare providers.
• Document service activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and upgrades.
• Ensure equipment performance and safety standards.
• Interact with customers, provide guidance on equipment use, and support training and after-sales service.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills.
• Maintenance & Repair skills for installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs.
• Field Service experience (on-site visits, customer interactions, service reporting).
• Effective Communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Familiarity with medical equipment is an advantage.
• Prior experience in healthcare or medical device service engineering in gastroenterology or related specialties is preferred.
