About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and confident Inside Sales Executive to join our team and help us grow BOMINSO – Salon & Spa Management Software.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Conduct online product demos
- Follow up with salon and spa owners
- Understand customer needs and explain BOMINSO features
- Explain plans, pricing, and product benefits
- Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM and lead records
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Sales / Telecalling experience is an advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working from the office
