About the Role
We are looking for a creative and trend-focused Social Media Intern to assist, shoot, and create engaging content for Kadam Colors across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
Location: Shyamal Cross Road, Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: On-Site
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Scout and shortlist suitable influencers from Instagram for paid and barter collaborations.
- Assist end-to-end influencer coordination, from finalizing influencers to sharing briefs, scripts, and content guidelines.
- Coordinate product dispatch and follow up with influencers to ensure timely video/content delivery.
- Review influencer content for brand messaging, product usage, quality, and required corrections.
- Manage posting of influencer content across YouTube, Instagram, Meta, Snapchat, and other platforms.
- Maintain influencer records, collaboration status, content links, and basic campaign performance reports.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and short-form video content.
- Basic video shooting and editing knowledge.
- Creative thinking and strong visual sense.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
