About the Role
Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a Jr Associate to join the enrollment team. The incumbent will report to the Team Leader and will be responsible for processing new member enrollments and updating existing records with accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new member enrollments and update existing records accurately and efficiently.
- Verify member eligibility and healthcare benefits as per policy guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external customers through digital communication to ensure smooth enrollment operations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, during all enrollment activities.
- Perform data entry and maintain proper documentation to support operational and audit requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer proficiency – MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, internet navigation.
- Digital literacy – Comfort with digital tools, portals, and automation platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Non-BTech (preferably).
Skills And Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Quick learning ability and effective time management.
- Good cognitive and logical reasoning skills.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts and from office (as required).
- Team collaboration and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Experience:
- 0-1 years of overall experience.
- US Healthcare / Enrollment & Billing Experience will be an added advantage.
