About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Review patient billing and insurance records
- Follow up with insurers on claim status
- Resolve denied and unpaid claims
- Verify patient details
- Update claim information
- Document call outcome
- Meet daily productivity targets

Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is an added advantage.
