Social Media & Content Executive Intern

About the Role

• We are a training and placement institute and recruitment consultancy, expanding our digital presence and launching a business podcast featuring CXOs, CFOs, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders.
• We are looking for a creative and strategic professional who understands social media growth, personal branding, and brand management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our LinkedIn and Instagram presence.
• Develop personal branding strategies for company leadership and podcast hosts.
• Manage brand identity, tone of voice, and consistency across digital platforms.
• Repurpose podcast episodes into engaging short-form videos, Reels, and clips.
• Create LinkedIn posts, carousels, recruitment-related memes, and industry-relevant content.
• Develop content to increase brand awareness and generate leads for our recruitment consultancy.
• Plan and execute content calendars and social media campaigns.
• Track engagement, reach, and conversions to improve content performance.
• Stay updated with social media trends, competitor strategies, and viral content formats.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of prior work experience with a marketing agency is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of personal branding and brand management.
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram accounts.
• Excellent content writing, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
• Knowledge of short-form video content, Reels, and meme marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva and video editing tools.
• Understanding of social media analytics, audience engagement, and growth strategies.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership of content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in podcast marketing and content repurposing.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing, recruitment, HR, or corporate branding.
• A portfolio showcasing previous campaigns, personal branding projects, or social media content.
