About the Role
The P.E.L.L.E.T. Program is a structured early-career development program designed to prepare future leaders across Enviva’s manufacturing operations. The program includes a 12-week internship that provides hands-on experience and meaningful exposure across Enviva’s operations. May 10th - July 31st.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on real business projects and operational challenges while gaining exposure to the full manufacturing process—from fiber to finished product
- Collaborate with teams across functions to understand how different roles contribute to safe, efficient, and successful operations
- Identify opportunities to improve overall operational performance
