Supply Chain Specialist

About the Role

The Supply Chain Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement of architectural and building materials, vendor coordination, and logistics planning. The specialist will monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.

• Collaborating with project, finance, and operations teams to support smooth execution of construction projects.

• Maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Supply Chain Management skills.
• Operations Management skills.
• Inventory Management skills for tracking stock levels and material flow.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for working with suppliers and internal teams.
• Analytical Skills for demand forecasting, data interpretation, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with ERP or supply chain software.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
• Relevant experience in construction, architecture, or building materials procurement is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
