About the Role
Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in Love's operations by ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. This role assists the manager in maintaining smooth operations to swiftly serve customers, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general customer service duties, including assistance, issue resolution, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
- Use various tools and equipment for facility operations, including equipment repair and maintenance (e.g., HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems), pressure washing, plumbing repair, and site inspections.
- Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction, complying with company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Qualifications
- No experience required; training will be provided.
