Analyst

About the Role

The Analyst will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, supporting data-driven decisions across various education and operational initiatives at Medha EduTech.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data.
• Prepare reports and dashboards.
• Identify trends and insights to improve program performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into analytical tasks.
• Present findings in clear, actionable formats.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Support implementation of new tools or methodologies.
• Assist in monitoring key performance indicators.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Spreadsheets or analytical tools for data analysis.
• Report creation, documentation, and preparation of presentations or dashboards.
• Ability to understand business processes and support process optimization.
• Attention to detail.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Interest in the education or edtech sector.
• Willingness to learn domain-specific concepts and tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools or basic programming for data analysis (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or similar) is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with data sets and perform basic statistical analysis.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
