Digital Marketing & AI Automation Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & AI Automation Executive to build our digital presence and create a lasting impact. This role is for an individual who can build a brand and an autonomous engine that continuously strengthens BlitzenX's credibility, digital visibility, and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build our digital presence, owning SEO, AEO, and GEO to improve discoverability across search engines and AI platforms.
• Build our voice by inviting industry leaders to podcasts and initiating conversations.
• Tell our stories by recording employee experiences, leadership conversations, technical expertise, and business outcomes.
• Turn one idea into many by converting podcasts, interviews, and recordings into various content formats (videos, LinkedIn posts, articles, website content).
• Automate the engine using AI agents, automation workflows, and integrations to streamline research, guest outreach, content creation, repurposing, scheduling, publishing, and reporting.
• Own the execution calendar, establishing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans and proactively managing the pipeline.
• Measure and improve performance by tracking search visibility, AI citations, brand mentions, audience growth, engagement, and qualified business opportunities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, or marketing automation.
• Practical knowledge of SEO and a working understanding of AEO and GEO.
• Experience using generative AI tools.
• Experience building automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent.
• Ability to create content, coordinate video production, communicate effectively, and execute independently.
• A builder's mindset: identify problems, build solutions, test them, and improve them.
• The ability to make tools work together to deliver outcomes.
