Campus Growth & Partnerships Internship

About the Role

• Promote Airkrit India's training and internship programs across college campuses and student networks.
• Build connections with students, college clubs, and campus representatives.
• Support campus outreach, marketing campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
• Identify potential students interested in training and internship opportunities.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads and track outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Share program details and registration links through WhatsApp, social media, and other student networks.
• Generate, follow up on, and maintain records of leads using CRM tools.
• Update lead statuses, contact details, follow-up activities, and registration progress in the CRM system.
• Encourage student participation and help convert qualified leads into program registrations.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and provide regular progress updates.
• Coordinate with the Airkrit team to support marketing campaigns and achieve outreach targets.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in marketing, business development, campus outreach, and partnerships.
• Basic knowledge of social media, online communication platforms, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to learn CRM systems and maintain accurate lead records.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working towards targets.
• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
• Previous experience in marketing, lead generation, CRM, or campus ambassador activities is an advantage but not mandatory.
