About the Role

The Accounting Management Trainee Program is a 24-week, hands-on program designed for recently graduated or soon-to-be graduating seniors. This program offers the opportunity to:

• Become part of a team.
• Expand upon existing experience.
• Actively participate in all areas of Dayton Freight's operations.
• Gain knowledge of the Company, culture, and the Transportation Industry.
• Educate individuals on future-based leadership skills.

Upon completion, trainees will be confident and competent to take on a management position within the Corporate Accounting Department in Dayton, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the LTL Industry.
• Gain experience in Operations.
• Develop Leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, preferably in Leadership, Management, or an Accounting-related field.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Accounting leadership role will be in-person in Dayton, Ohio.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift during training.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English.
