About the Role
- Software package implementation of Merchandising Tools, specifically Oracle Retail Modules (RMS or RPM or SIM), Blue Yonder, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering business requirements.
- Managing Agile user stories.
- Implementing, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting retail merchandising and WMS solutions.
- Resolving application issues.
- Coordinating upgrades.
- Designing as-is and to-be processes.
- Collaborating with business, technical, vendor, and offshore teams.
- Leading small project teams.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with merchandising tools such as Oracle Retail, Blue Yonder, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
