Quality Assurance Intern

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role
BrightCHAMPS is looking for a detail-oriented QA Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. The role involves tracking student attendance in live classes, identifying reasons for missed sessions and student drop-offs, and helping improve the overall learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Track student attendance and missed live sessions.
- Identify and analyse reasons for student drop-offs.
- Maintain daily reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Identify recurring issues and share findings with the team.
- Coordinate with teachers and internal teams to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Laptop is mandatory.
