About the Role
Konecranes is looking for a Diploma Trainee to join their Crane Service team in Pune. This role involves providing services and maintenance at site locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work assignments are planned by the branch (service planner or maintenance planner) and assigned to the Trainee.
- Accept work packages and enter work against the SR/WP.
- Record faults/exceptions using the Risk & Recommendation method.
- Estimate labor hours and parts cost for repairs.
- Perform Safety Review and Visit Review and record next steps.
- Consult with customers to permit informed buying decisions based on recommendations.
- Maintain awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical
- Good written and verbal communication in English (any other language is a plus)
- Ability to work in teams
- Knowledge of MS Office
