About the Role
Whiteboard BD is seeking ambitious, people-focused individuals to join our Phoenix, Arizona team as Entry-Level Management Sales Trainees. This is a fully on-site role that combines face-to-face customer engagement, sales, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Engagement: Represent clients through direct, face-to-face sales and customer interactions. Build rapport, identify customer needs, answer questions, and provide solutions.
- Leadership Development: Learn business operations, sales strategy, team leadership, and client management through structured training and ongoing mentorship.
- Team Collaboration: Work with a team to achieve campaign goals, deliver customer service, and contribute to business success.
- Client Representation: Maintain professional standards while representing client brands.
- Career Progression: Develop skills for advancement into Team Leader, Account Manager, and Management positions based on performance.
