Executive - EXIM Logistics - International Business

Location: Ahmedabad

Shift Timing: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM (USA Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international logistics operations, ensuring timely movement of goods across warehouses and customer locations.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and transport vendors to optimize transportation, shipping schedules, and delivery performance.
• Plan and execute FTL/LTL shipments, export logistics, and vessel bookings while ensuring on-time order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, operations, and sales teams to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments.
• Negotiate freight rates, monitor transportation costs, and drive logistics process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare and manage export documentation, shipment tracking, ETA updates, and logistics reports for stakeholders.
• Review freight invoices, validate Bills of Lading (BOLs), and coordinate with finance teams for accurate billing and payments for Canada orders.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, ensure audit compliance, and support continuous operational excellence initiatives.
