About the Role
The Attention Co. is seeking a Junior Social Media Executive to work on social media for shows, including The Secret Sauce. This role involves transforming long conversations into content that reaches the right audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Watch episodes and identify moments worth sharing.
- Write captions, opening lines, and ideas for Reels, Shorts, carousels, and posts.
- Collaborate with editors and designers to prepare content.
- Schedule posts, verify links and subtitles, and maintain the content calendar.
- Monitor comments and performance to understand audience engagement.
- Contribute ideas and references from followed podcasts and creators.
Qualifications & Skills
- Clear English writing ability.
- Enjoyment of podcasts and the ability to articulate preferences.
- Curiosity, organization, and dependability regarding deadlines.
- Comfort in receiving and acting on feedback.
- Freshers are welcome.
- A personal page, college project, internship, or self-made content can demonstrate thinking.
- Basic Canva or video editing skills are beneficial.
