About the Role
- Technical Support Engineer role with Paradise Recruitment Consultant.
- Location: Thane.
- Shifts: 24x7 rotational shifts with 5 days working and 2 rotational week-offs.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service related to technical troubleshooting.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Communication Skills:
- Good Comms.
- B2 Hallo AI Score.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months customer service experience or above.
- Education: HSC/Graduate.
- Process: VOICE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROCESS.
Qualifications
- Freshers are eligible.
- Salary: 24k Inhand (Note: Later stated as 30k in hand).
- Salary: 30k in hand.
