About the Role
- Role: Customer Service Intern

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat, calls, and WhatsApp.
- Assist users with app-related issues, registrations, login, wallet, payments, and recharges.
- Help users connect with consultants and resolve consultation-related concerns.
- Follow up with users regarding incomplete consultations, payment issues, and feedback.
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and issues.
- Ensure timely responses and a positive customer experience.
- Identify recurring customer problems and share feedback with the management team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of computers, smartphones, and internet applications.
- Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable handling customer calls and WhatsApp conversations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Freshers and undergraduate students are welcome to apply.
