About the Role
As a Backend Software Engineer on the Snapdragon Guardian / Compute Sentra team, you will help build the cloud services that power out-of-band device management and IoT security for our customers’ fleets — designing, developing, and validating the microservices, APIs, and event pipelines that keep devices secure, discoverable, and manageable at scale. This is an entry-level role ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who wants to grow their backend skills on a modern, cloud-native platform alongside experienced engineers.

- Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews to learn and uphold team standards.
- Be exposed to modern AI-assisted software development, using AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging as part of our everyday engineering workflow.
- Help troubleshoot, debug, and monitor services running in our cloud environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates — product, QA, and other engineers — to deliver features end to end.
