About the Role
The Token Launch Campaign Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing token launch campaigns across digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with VittaGems’ brand and product strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop campaign strategies and timelines.
- Coordinate with product, design, and compliance teams.
- Manage campaign assets, content, and messaging.
- Track performance metrics.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare reports to refine campaign tactics and improve future launches.
- Manage budgets.
- Support community engagement initiatives around token launches.
- Ensure all campaign activities adhere to regulatory and internal standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
