About the Role

• A full-time, on-site position at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Make beds, replenish amenities, and clean bathrooms.
• Ensure proper waste disposal.
• Manage laundry tasks: collecting, sorting, and delivering linens and guest laundry.
• Follow property procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues.
• Restock housekeeping supplies.
• Prepare rooms according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
• Interact courteously with guests and team members.
• Support special events or high-occupancy days.
• Participate in training sessions to maintain consistent service quality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Laundry Skills: Handling linens, guest garments, and operating basic laundry equipment safely.
• Communication and Customer Service Skills: Responding to guest requests politely and coordinating with team members and supervisors.
• Organization Skills: Managing room cleaning schedules, inventory of supplies, and task priorities efficiently.
• Willingness to participate in Training and continuous learning.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts.
• Attention to detail.
• Reliability in following procedures.
• Capability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
