Housekeeping Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
• Ensure that all public areas are clean and well-maintained, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and a high standard of cleanliness throughout the establishment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
