Role Overview

Seeking a motivated and curious Full Stack Software Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience building web applications, software products, and AI-powered solutions. Work closely with the engineering team on frontend interfaces, backend APIs, database integration, and production application development. Encourages the use of AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js.
• Develop backend APIs, application logic, and server-side functionality.
• Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services into web applications.
• Explore and implement AI-powered features using LLM APIs and AI development tools.
• Use AI coding assistants to improve development speed while reviewing generated code for correctness and security.
• Write clean, reusable, readable, and maintainable code.
• Debug issues, test application functionality, and improve performance.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Assist with application deployment, environment configuration, and basic cloud workflows.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand requirements and translate them into working features.
• Learn and follow software engineering best practices, including documentation, testing, and code reviews.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Frontend Development

• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with React.js or Next.js.
• Understanding of responsive web design and reusable UI components.
• Basic knowledge of TypeScript is an advantage.

Backend Development

• Familiarity with Node.js and Express.js, or equivalent backend technologies.
• Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture.
• Basic knowledge of authentication, request handling, and server-side logic.

Database Management

• Basic understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is an advantage.
• Understanding of CRUD operations and basic database design.

Development Tools

• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Basic understanding of debugging, testing, and application deployment.
• Exposure to Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

AI-First Engineering Skills

• Willingness to explore AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot.
• Using AI tools for code generation, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Integrating LLM APIs into web applications.
• Building AI-powered features, intelligent workflows, and automation tools.
• Evaluating AI-generated code.
• Knowledge of Python, LangChain, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI agents is a plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language, preferably JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Basic understanding of frontend and backend development concepts.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work on unfamiliar technical challenges.
• Ability to take feedback, collaborate with a team, and complete assigned tasks responsibly.
• Genuine interest in software engineering, AI, and building practical applications.
• Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with personal projects, GitHub repositories, hackathon experience, or deployed applications will have an advantage.

• Experience building a full-stack application, even as an academic or personal project.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend: No stipend for the first 3 months. After 3 months, budget is 20,000-25,000 Per Month.
• Work Mode: On-site
• Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
