About the Role
The Junior Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Junior Architect will support senior architects in developing design concepts, preparing drawings, and producing detailed construction documentation for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with site measurements.
- Create 2D and 3D models.
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors.
- Ensure designs align with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Participate in design reviews.
- Update project plans based on feedback.
- Help track project progress to support on-time delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute creative and practical design ideas.
Qualifications
- Foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of drawings and models.
- Basic Software Development and Integration awareness as applied to architectural workflows, such as integrating design tools, BIM platforms, or visualization software into project processes.
- Skills in Project Management, including task coordination, documentation, time management, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
