The Customer Success Manager at Joveo is a high-stakes, advisory role for a storyteller, a strategist, and a growth architect. You will be their most trusted advisor in the recruitment tech space, transforming complex programmatic advertising metrics into multi-million dollar ROI narratives. This role is about driving Value Realization—ensuring clients win with Joveo.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the ROI Storyteller: Transform raw data into compelling narratives that prove Joveo’s impact on a client’s bottom line.
• Command the Boardroom: Own the relationship with Director and CXO-level stakeholders and lead strategic sessions.
• Architect Success Playbooks: Design and execute project blueprints for seamless adoption of Joveo’s AI and programmatic solutions.
• Internal Product Catalyst: Act as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap.
• Drive the "Health" Agenda: Monitor account vitals, identify risks, and turn challenges into opportunities for expansion and advocacy.
• Mobilize the Powerhouse: Act as the "CEO of your book of business," rallying cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Sales) to deliver on promises.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management.
• Bonus points for experience in HR Tech, SaaS, or Recruitment Marketing landscape.
