About the Role

The Owner role is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational, and creative direction of Elina Interior & Design LLP. The Owner leads business planning, sets financial and growth targets, and ensures that projects align with the company’s design philosophy and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising project pipelines.
• Coordinating with designers, vendors, and contractors.
• Resolving key client and execution issues.
• Managing client relationships.
• Driving business development initiatives.
• Maintaining brand positioning through marketing and partnerships.
• Establishing internal processes.
• Monitoring performance metrics.
• Guiding the team to deliver seamless, end-to-end interior solutions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in business strategy, financial planning, and budgeting.
• Client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Operational and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for remote collaboration, documentation, and project tracking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Experience in interior design, architecture, or related fields, with an understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning.
• Prior experience as a business owner, senior manager, or practice head in design, construction, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Management, or a related discipline preferred.
