Founder's Office Intern

About the Role

Slash is seeking an ambitious, detail-driven intern to join its core team. This role will involve shaping physical infrastructure, optimizing warehouse workflows, elevating packaging standards, and cultivating vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Hand-pack all daily customer orders with meticulous care using provided packaging materials.
• Inspect each pair before dispatch to ensure a clean finish, accurate sizing, and zero defects.
• Maintain the physical integrity and presentation of boxes, dust bags, and brand inserts.
• Handle shipping logistics and dispatch tracking for PR seeding, influencer collaborations, and special events.
• Track in-transit orders and swiftly resolve dispatch or delivery delays.
• Maintain real-time stock levels and keep warehouse inventory organized, clean, and fully accounted for.
• Actively identify small process bottlenecks, cost-saving ideas, or ways to elevate the customer experience.
• Assist on cross-functional brand projects (events, shoot prep, pop-ups) when additional support and problem-solving are needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in inventory handling and documentation.
• Basic proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and inventory or order management tools; comfort working with data and simple reports.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with the founder, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to perform on-site operational tasks, including packing and organizing stock in a warehouse setting.
• Interest in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands, with a willingness to learn about brand operations and customer experience.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage brand environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, fashion management, operations, or a related field is preferred.
