About the Role

Creatica Crown is seeking a Social Media Intern for an on-site role in Jaipur. This position involves supporting day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, engagement monitoring, and research.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day social media activities.
• Create posts, stories, and short-form content tailored to different platforms.
• Assist with content calendars and scheduling posts.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages under guidance.
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers.
• Prepare basic performance reports.
• Learn about integrated digital and social strategies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Social media skills, including Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation across major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels).
• Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing concepts, such as audience targeting, brand positioning, and campaign objectives.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to adapt tone and style.
• Basic familiarity with content and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or similar).
• Interest in learning analytics tools for social media performance.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur.
• Ability to manage time effectively and follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse, inclusive team environment.
• Curiosity about social media trends, influencer culture, and storytelling.
• Proactive approach to proposing ideas and learning new skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
