DevOps Engineer II, Ads AI Core Infra Support Engineering

About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in managing customer experience elements and the complex systems behind them. You will have the opportunity to support a critical technical stack and work on tasks that improve technical productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, across multiple products, features, and services.
• Work on operations and maintenance driven coding projects.
• Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance.
• Support software deployment in staging and production environments.
• Provide system and support status reporting.
• Ownership of one or more digital products or components.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 2+ years of software development, or 2+ years of technical support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
• Experience in Unix.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience with AWS, networks, and operating systems.
