About the Role

Tecta America New England is seeking Commercial Roofers to join their growing team in Bloomfield, CT. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO, & PVC.
• Work under the direction of the crew's Foreman.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Commercial roofing experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right individuals.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly, 50+ lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Expect to perform bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
• Ability to follow instructions, perform work according to job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a strong level of professionalism.
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Mostly local travel (within 1 hour).

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature.
• Extensive standing, walking, and climbing ladders.
• Frequent lifting.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay starting at $22+/hr, BOE.
• Sign-on bonus: $250-$750.
