HR Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role

This position is for an internship from January to May 2027. It is designed for a high school or college-level student to gain on-the-job training and experience. The intern will engage in various recruitment assignments and projects, including pipelining candidates, tracking and auditing conversions, and attending events. Training and mentorship will be provided. These are short-term, temporary positions and are not benefit-eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake various recruitment assignments and projects of varying complexity.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficient communication, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
• Skills in basic computer operation.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school or equivalent OR enrolled in/graduated from an applicable educational program/secondary education.
• Human Resources major or similar is preferred.
• Administrative experience is preferred.
