Store Incharge

About the Role

The Store Incharge role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Store Incharge oversees day-to-day store operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring proper merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards. This role is responsible for monitoring sales performance, implementing store policies, and ensuring adherence to retail loss prevention practices. The Store Incharge interacts regularly with customers to address inquiries and concerns, aiming to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. The position also involves coordinating with management on reporting, stock replenishment, and process improvements to achieve store targets.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to resolve issues and build long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in Store Management, including staff supervision, inventory handling, visual merchandising, and daily operational oversight.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices.
• Prior experience in retail or store management, preferably in a supervisory or incharge role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort with basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
