Systems & Applications Engineer, Entry Level

About the Role

This is an entry-level position focused on customer applications support for NXP ARM-based microcontrollers.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer applications support for NXP ARM-based microcontrollers.
• C/C++ code development for embedded systems and creating software examples for peripherals.
• Embedded peripheral testing and chip debugging using IDE tools, oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, and various test instruments.
• Testing chip signals, rise times, timing, clocks, etc.
• Source code management and recording test results.
• Presenting technical material and interacting with customers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Embedded Processor experience.
• ARM processors.
• C and C++ code development for embedded systems.
• Familiarity with debugging tools and IDEs such as Keil, IAR, and MCUxpresso.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to interact with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• Masters in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Degree completed within the past two years.
