Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to insurance products.
• Resolve customers' doubts and provide relevant information about insurance plans.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and other details to interested customers.
• Assist customers in understanding the available insurance options.
• Provide a positive customer experience through professional communication.

Working Hours

• Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Working Duration: 9 hours (including a 1-hour break)
• Working Days: 6 days a week
