Staffing Specialist

Epic Personnel Partners is looking for a motivated and organized Staffing Specialist. This role plays an important part in recruiting efforts, client satisfaction, and overall operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Coordinate job offers, background checks, drug screens, and onboarding
• Communicate job requirements, schedules, and expectations clearly
• Partner with branch leadership and on-site teams to meet staffing needs
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure compliance with company and client requirements

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and sense of urgency
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn staffing systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation
