About the Role

• This is an internship position within The Resource Group, an end-to-end supply chain partner to healthcare organizations.
• The internship program begins on May 17, 2027, and is a temporary, full-time, day shift role.
• Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy solution initiatives by assisting with project management, financial analysis, and reporting activities related to pharmaceutical distribution optimization and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, reports, and shared resources using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other technologies to support implementation, performance tracking, and business decision-making.
• Analyze pharmaceutical utilization, financial, and operational data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve pharmacy supply expenses.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, supply chain, distributor, and cross-functional teams to support project coordination, implementation activities, stakeholder communications, and operational initiatives.
• Assist with the development, analysis, and evaluation of optimal item selection, distributor stocking strategies, internal controls, and supply chain rebate validation to support operational effectiveness and compliance.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and professional presentations, reports, project documentation, and other deliverables.
• Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma equivalency OR enrolled in an accredited program specific to the discipline.
• Preference for candidates in their Junior year of college or above in fields such as Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.
