About the Role

• Provide essential support to the team in the Richmond, VA office.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Assist in the analysis and assembly of reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Create, maintain, and enter information into spreadsheets, databases, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Develop and implement Python scripts for web scraping and data extraction.
• Support senior sales and business development personnel in creating and pitching sports-related promotions.
• Assist with any overflow work.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including functions, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Experience with Python for web scraping and data manipulation.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Qualifications

• A current college student or recent college graduate.
• Ability to work in our Richmond, VA office at least 15 hours per week.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Detail oriented; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a self starter, a quick learner, and resourceful in solving problems.
