• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Develop job descriptions.
• Post job openings on various platforms.
• Screen resumes.
• Conduct initial interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication skills, particularly in Malayalam.
• Keen eye for identifying talent.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
